Rick McKee is the newest member of Inhaus. He brings an additional breadth of experience in areas such as regulatory and administrative law, insolvency and disputes, and he bolsters our skills in employment, privacy and labour. He has supported clients in the power, utilities, oil and gas, and banking industries, worked for regulatory agencies, and appeared at all levels of courts, including the Supreme Court of Canada.
Most importantly, Rick brings an approach to supporting clients that can only come from being a client and an internal part of organizations. He has lived the complexities of decision making, and knows how to foster concensus and generate solutions.
